To register, download an application form and return your completed form with the appropriate non refundable deposit. Make checks payable to Earthwalk Northwest, Inc. The deposit will be applied toward your total tuition cost. The balance of the course cost is due one week prior to the start date unless prior arrangements have been made. Prior to the beginning of each course, you will receive a confirmation letter with preparation and travel instructions. To register for the Earthwalk Gathering or single-day classes, please send the full payment for each participant.

Courses are filled on a first come first served basis. To provide detailed personal instruction, we keep class sizes small. If there is more interest than space available we will try to schedule additional programs.

Financial Policy:

Payment. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment for all one-day classes and the Gathering. Payment may be made in the form of cash, personal check, traveler’s check, or money orders drawn on a US bank. We also accept Visa or Master Card. Make checks payable to Earthwalk Northwest, Inc.

Deposits. For multi-day, weekend, and overnight classes and the in-depth programs, non-refundable deposits are applied toward your total course or program cost. For individual classes, the balance is due one week prior to the start date unless prior arrangements have been made. Students in the in-depth programs may pay in full or make monthly payments.

Refunds. Full refunds are made only in the rare event that we have to cancel a course. If you must cancel an overnight course, your $100 non-refundable deposit may be transferred to another overnight course on a one time-basis. The transfer must be within one year of the original program and you must notify us at least two weeks prior to the start of the course. We cannot transfer deposits for cancellations made within less than two weeks of the program start date.

Students in the apprenticeship programs are asked to sign payment contracts that guarantee tuition will be paid for the entire course, once accepted. Students may pay in full up front, or opt for one of several payment options over the course of the apprenticeship program.
