Dandelions are one of the most versatile, nutritious, and abundant plants around. On this day we teach the art of dandelion wine making using an old family recipe from Karen’s Aunt Opal. Participants learn all steps of this lengthy process starting with flower collection and finishing by bottling previously prepared wine. Fun labels will be available to add to the bottles we cork in class. Each participant will go home with their own bottle of dandelion wine.
