To start the application process for any of our classes, click the button labeled "REGISTER FOR CLASS" in the top right of this website. First you will be asked to submit a deposit to hold your spot in one of our classes. After supplying the deposit you will immediately be emailed links to fill out our registration application forms. Once we have received you deposit and application form, we will review your information and then contact you to confirm your registration.
Payment. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment for all one-day classes and the Gathering, or at least 1 week prior to the start of multi-day classes. For our extended programs, payment plans are available please contact us if you would like to discuss payment arrangements. Payment may be made in the form of cash, personal check, traveler’s check, or money orders drawn on a US bank. We also accept Visa or MasterCard. Make checks payable to Earthwalk Northwest, Inc.
Deposits. Deposits are taken to hold your place in multi-day and extended programs. Deposits for multi-day classes are $200. Deposit amounts for the extended programs are $500. These deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your total course or program cost. Students registering for extended programs may pay in full or make monthly payments.
For day and multi-day classes, the balance is due one week prior to the start date unless prior arrangements have been made.
Refunds. Full refunds are made only in the rare event that we have to cancel a course. If you must cancel an overnight course, your $200 non-refundable deposit may be transferred to another overnight course on a one time-basis. The transfer must be made to a course that occurs within one year of the original program and you must notify us at least two weeks prior to the start of the course. We cannot transfer deposits for cancellations made within less than two weeks of the program start date.
Discounts. Students who enroll in the dual apprenticeships of Ancestral Skills and Ethnobotany receive a discount of $500 off the combined cost of those programs.
